Pipe fabrication
Promec Engineering hold procedures and codes in both mild and stainless steel BSEN 287-1:2004 in MIG, TIG & MMA welding techniques. We have completed pipework projects both in fabrication and installation most recently for National Grid and Seabank Power Station working to full NDT. Typical works are: Small bore to large diameter pipework, flanged spools, welded butt sections, screwed pipe, all forms of mild, stainless, alloy’s, plastics and PVC’s.
Site installation
Site crews to install new fabrications, modifications and repairs to existing plant and structures.
Factory maintenance
Provision of skilled mechanical fitters, welders, fabricators & erectors for shutdown work and/or the maintenance of plant.
Valve maintenance
Valve overhauls, testing and repairs
Supply of new or reconditioned valves
On-site services including in-situ lapping
Supply of valve spares, replacement or OEM parts
Engineering Drawing & Drafting
As well as being able to carry out our own in-house engineering drafting and drawings in auto cad 2009 for our own fabrications and pipework. We are able to offer a standalone service that offers auto cad and a site measurement / drawings for your company or individual requirements
Comprehensive risk assessment, method statement and job safety analysis with every site activity complying with the HSE guidance and regulations.
Nebosh qualified and membership of IOSH management team.
