Carrying out turnkey projects as the principal contractor with supply of pre-fabricated pipework in our workshops and site welded pipe, installation of civil bunds and bases and complete electrical installation for new high pressure systems. Promec work the length of the UK carrying out new site installations as well as ongoing maintenance.
Gas
AGIs & Cross-Country
Working as Principle Contractor on AGI rebuilds and cross-country diversions on LP, MP, IP & HP lines in steel and PE.
Working on both liquefied and gas systems with experience in cryogenic high pressure pipework. Promec have been employed as the principle contractor on many projects with the installation of new welded stainless valve & pipe systems to installing new high density pipe supports for a 3 kilometre extensive run.
Water
Supplying fabrications and site installations on dosing systems, filtration and pipework systems in carbon and stainless steels. Experience with both chlorine and treatment tanks repairs and overhauls. With our internal thermal engineering team, we can insulate all the pipe systems we install as well as carrying out ongoing maintenance works.
Power Generation
Predominately working in the gas generated areas of power generation supplying pipework and carrying out repairs to the fire and water tube boilers. With the supply of the pipework, steel supports and access including outage support and ongoing project works. With our internal thermal engineering team we are able to insulate all the pipe systems we install as well as carrying out ongoing maintenance works.
